This is my second time buying from them, and I couldn't be happier. They've got an awesome range of lights. Their customer service is top-notch, whether you're chatting live or shooting them an email. The delivery was right on schedule, and the couriers even provided a two-hour window for drop-off. They really take care to ensure everything arrives in perfect condition - I mean, I've never encountered so much bubble wrap before! The chandelier looks stunning, and I'm really pleased with the whole experience.

I bought two matching light fixtures. When they arrived, one was damaged during production, and the other was the wrong size. To make matters worse, the instructions were in Chinese, and the only way to reach out to them was through email. They refused to uphold their return policy. I really got taken advantage of here.

The two rugs I got are absolutely stunning! Just like the images. I've ordered '3D' rugs from different sellers before and ended up with really bland colors. These are bright and lovely. It takes a bit of time to arrive, but I’m definitely gonna shop with Clearhalo again.

The rug I got is absolutely stunning. The hues are bright and it appears exactly like the photo. The underside features a rubber grip, so it stays put without sliding. Awesome rug, awesome service.

Awesome business. Fantastic support from the team. Bought 90 ceiling lights back in October. Two of the lamps had issues, likely due to faulty drivers. The customer service team handled the warranty smoothly and sent out replacements for the two lamps. I’m really pleased with the sales staff and the service crew. They treated me well. The wall light I needed was out of stock at many retailers and priced outrageously at others. I ordered a mural from Clearhalo and wasn't satisfied with what I got. After I raised my concerns, they went above and beyond what I thought they'd do to resolve my problem. They swapped out the mural for one of much higher quality and even mentioned they’ve tweaked their usual process for creating these. They reached out to me several times to provide updates and make sure everything was sorted out. This level of customer service is something I usually only dream of getting from high-end retailers (and even then, it’s rare). So, what began as a frustrating situation turned out to be a fantastic experience in the end.
